Effective October 21, 2026. Nagger.AI is operated by Utah Home Electric LLC (“we”, “us”). By using Nagger.AI you agree to these terms.
The service
Nagger.AI is a personal assistant and accountability tool. It helps you plan, reminds you, and records what you report. It is not medical, financial or professional advice, and you are responsible for your own decisions. You must be 18 or older.
Your account
Keep access to your email and phone secure. You can export or delete your data at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service or other people.
Text message terms
- Program: Nagger.AI check-ins, operated by Utah Home Electric LLC: recurring automated accountability check-ins and reminders about the plan you set, and replies to your texts.
- Opt-in: texts start only after you verify your number and separately turn texts on in the app, next to this disclosure. See how opt-in works.
- Frequency: varies with your schedule, usually 1–4 messages a day, never during your quiet hours.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: reply STOP to cancel at any time. You can also turn texts off in Settings. Reply START to resume texts you previously turned on in the app.
- Help: reply HELP, or email hi@utahhomeelectric.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Your information is handled under our privacy policy. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Nagger.AI available and accurate, but it's provided as is: reminders can be late or missed. To the extent the law allows, Utah Home Electric LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the service.
