Privacy policy

Effective October 21, 2026. Nagger.AI is operated by Utah Home Electric LLC (“we”, “us”).

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except the messaging providers that deliver our texts to you.

What we collect

Account: your email address, and the name and time zone you give us.
Mobile number: if you add one, the number, when you verified it, and every change to your text message consent (time, number and the disclosure version you agreed to).
Your plans and check-ins: goals, schedules, commitments, what you report, and the messages you exchange with Nagger.AI in the app and by text. Some of this can be health-related (sleep, exercise, food) if you choose to enter it.
Operational records: delivery status of messages, usage counts for daily limits, and security logs. Logs do not contain message content, codes or contact details.

How we use it

To run the service: schedule and send check-ins, record your replies, and show your progress.
To keep it safe and within the limits you set: quiet hours, daily message limits, opt-outs and fraud prevention.
We don't sell your information and we don't use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

We use service providers only to run Nagger.AI, under their terms for processing data on our behalf:

Telnyx, to send and receive text messages.
An email provider, to send sign-in codes.
Anthropic, to generate assistant replies when you write in your own words.
Our hosting and database providers.

We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

Texts: off until you turn them on. Reply STOP or turn them off in Settings at any time.
Export: download all your data from Settings → Privacy.
Delete: delete your account in Settings → Privacy. Your records, messages and scheduled jobs are deleted.

Retention and security

We keep your information while your account is open and delete it when you delete your account, except where the law requires us to keep a record (for example, of text message consent). Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to what's needed to run the service.

Children

Nagger.AI is for adults 18 and over.

Changes and contact
