Nagger.AI is a personal assistant and accountability partner. You set your goals and daily plan in the app, and Nagger.AI checks in on a schedule you choose, in the app or by text message, to help you follow through.

How it works

• Plan your day in the app: commitments with a minimum, target and stretch version.
• Get a morning and evening check-in at the times you set, respecting your quiet hours.
• Reply naturally (“1 done, 2 skip tired”) and your records update. Anything you don't answer stays unknown, not failed.

Text messages

Texts are optional and off until you turn them on in the app's Settings. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help. How the text message program works.
